Temple Finian (12th century) replaced an earlier church dedicated to St Finian. It has an almost totally ruined nave, well-formed chancel and a round tower bellfry 56 feet high. This church was assigned to the Mac Carthys as a burial place, and is also know as Mac Carthy's Church.
